  Why do witnesses tell others how to live their lives, yet their own homes..

  are in turmoil?.

  i have been watching my witness mother refuse to confront her many problems with my father and brothers...instead running out at every opportunity to knock on her nieghbor's doors and tell them how some men in new york think they should be living their lives and running their household, calling it the "truth"...all while anyone who knows her knows what a mess her home life is.. .

  for one i think she should be a bit more selective on what she defines as truth..for two i don't think she can lead by example only empty hypocritical words.. .

  JWs came to my door, and I really dissappointed myself

  today i was woken by two 20 something year old jw guys.

  i let them offer the mags and then told them i was not interested in religion.

  after the reasoning book comeback i told them i was a jw but left a year ago.

  jWFACTS; has a great website and deep wt knowledge. and i like his posts alot. i don't think he and most here know how to use our knowledge. in personnal encounters with jw's. i find talking to dub's to start easy. and wait to see how stupid they act . the stupider they act . i try to let them bury themselves. then i hold them on a point, they can't get out of. ie. not knowing the history of the wt but going to the book study and jumping up and down about 1919 being the time jesus choose the wt as the fds. then i pound the shit out of them to the point of embarassing them. on how the hell can you go preaching this SHIT. and not even know the basics, jehovah HATES A FALSE WITNESS and your not qualified to walk my dog. it's all about putting them in their place. as ignorant wt zombies. their smugness don't last long with me. i can teach a jw or i can embarass the shit out of them. either way i try to never lose. in most cases you have to humble a jw , by lettin g them know they are spritual drunkards, just keep in mind i will spend dozens of hours with a jw if he's honest. otherwise i go for the throat. they never forget talking to me. i make sure if it. john

  jwfacts; you did better than you think you did. i'm sure you told them stuff they never heard before (planted seeds). you can't open every jw's eyes. they learned more in that 30 minutes than they have in years at the hall. i wouldn't worry. they heard you loud and clear. it will not leave their mind. john

  My two hour phone call with an elder

  i finally called the jw who placed a book with me last fall and wanted to start a study with me.

  i didn't expect to talk two hours, but he was willing.

  i still don't know why he didn't hang up on me.

  Moshe : of course you lying. they wt has been hiding this stuf4f from him all his life. it's amazing how you can tell them all this stuff and they still wouldn't even look , even the parts they can find at the local hall library. 2 hours and he stood on the phone like a DOPE. I'VE SEEN IT 1000'S OF TIMES. BUT ONCE you plant a seed it never leaves. i had 2 sisters tonight, they were so happy i stopped and asked for mag's even tho they weren't in field service. but i knew they were counting time. with rolled up mag's in their hands. well they asked me if i went to the hall? and i told them yes . till ther lie about 1975 happened they lasted about 3 more minutes. talking about the other sheep. but they stumbled on my knowledge . then one said she would die a jw. i told her that's the only true thing you told me in 5 minutes. yes you will die. and she was young. it was too easy. john

  she was telling me how upset she is that all three of her kids no longer are active jw's.

  i could no longer keep quite and i told her how upset am that she still is an active jw.

  sHERI: EXCELLENT post'; just researching most any qouted references the wt uses. will prove the people that write the mag's are straight out liars. this is very important, most likely the most important fact. for any honest jw. the wt lies and misquotes references dozens of times every week. once you look up one or two you find , your dealing with LIARS. ANY HONEST PERSON HATES A LIAR. and the wt does it . every other paragraph. that how i learned the wt was full of crap. just by testing a few references. it all started by looking up " MILLIONS NOW WILL NEVER DIE " 1919. I'M SURPRISED. NEXT TO NO ONE HERE GRABBED ON THIS GREAT POST . AND DIDN'T RUN WITH IT. my heavy research days are over. because i know it all. BUt Sheri showed the easist way to prove to an active jw's that the wts. are liars. i'ts simple and you don't need the bible , or and great knowlegde. just some research. shit i never met one jw that even read any 1920's wt or looked up one reference. the wt quoted from ie. the new york times. etc. it's a joke to take a trip to the public library and look up , most anything the wt quotes. it will make even the most die hard jw's think... john

  Any Auto Mechanics here?

  my nissan sentra (2000) failed the smog test.

  the "check engine" light has been on for a few months now.. i just had it checked out this morning and i was told i need to replace the air flow meter sensor.. the estimate was $400 for a rebuilt-part and $600 for a brand new one.. does this sound right?

  can somebody explain to me what this part's function is?.

  Sandy : trust me your local auto junk/wrecker yard sells that part for about $100 . trust me i work at one. and they garantee it . for 30 days. remember john says talk to your local auto wreckers. they always love to help ladies. and most times will guide you right and save you $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ i just got a 97 mitsu galant today . some lady was dying to junk. clean as a whistle, pretty sure all it needs is a water pump and radatior. and new timing belt about $500 labor. and i got a nice car low milage . last week i got a 63 chevy nova no rust. been sitting in this old ladies garage since 1969. only 40,000 miles. i'l;l be driving it in a month. your local junk yards are a motorists best friends, and they love , and care for you for less $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. john p.s we allways are extra nice lady costomers with out ripping them off.
